Woo House Cleaning provides professional residential cleaning services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
2. Booking and Payment

Full or partial payment may be required to confirm your appointment.
Payment terms will be disclosed at the time of booking.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-shows or failure to provide access to the property may result in being charged the full service fee.
4. Access to Property
You agree to provide safe and timely access to your home at the scheduled service time. If our team is unable to access the property, the appointment may be treated as a no-show and applicable fees may apply.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address the issue, which may include a re-clean at our discretion.
6. Liability
Woo House Cleaning is insured and our cleaning professionals are trained.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or conditions unrelated to our services.
Clients are responsible for securing valuables, fragile items, and pets prior to service.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Ensure the home environment is safe for our cleaning staff.
Clearly communicate any special instructions, sensitive areas, or concerns prior to the start of service.
8. SMS Communications & Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS (text message) communications from Woo House Cleaning. These messages may include, but are not limited to:
Appointment confirmations and reminders
Scheduling updates
Service-related notifications
Customer support communications
Promotional or informational messages (if opted in)
